How do you answer “Why should we hire you with no experience” during an interview for your first job?

The organizations are clear whether they are hiring freshers or want experienced professionals. If they see some potential in you, only then you would get an interview call.

The situation you have described may come if the organization wants an experienced professional, but you, with no experience, somehow reached the interview stage. This suggests that the recruiter must have noticed some professional internship/ experience/ skill/ knowledge in your CV which resonates with the job role. So, now the onus is on you to convince them that you have the relevant skills/ knowledge which is required for the job and you would not require training to onboard and will start performing and delivering immediately. For example, if you don’t have experience in software job but have proven skills that can be shown through your various online performance levels at various sites. But if you don’t have proven skills for the job and organization needs someone with experience to immediately get the output, it will be difficult to convince.
